As part of their growth in the region, they are looking to hire an account manager to be based in Singapore.
about the job
Reporting to the Global Account Director, this is a client-facing role that focuses on account management and account servicing of clients for supply chain marketing procurement services for the premiums industry. This includes POS/promotional materials as well as premiums and gifts. Key responsibilities include:
- Be the primary point of contact with all customers, and to take ownership of client relationships in the APAC region, from onboarding to implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Liaison with local and global vendors and/or suppliers for procurement of POS/promotional materials, premiums and gifts.
- Ensure client satisfaction as well as excellent service delivery for marketing services.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure that clients' needs are met.
- Monitor and analyse data of product and solution usage, reporting this upwards for product and delivery improvements, and providing clients with
- Participate and assist with ad-hoc projects
skills and experience required
- At least 3 years experience within marketing or advertising agency with proven experience in account management
- Prior experience within the gifts and premium product categories will be a huge added advantage
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, and strong organisational and time management skills to manage documentation as well as project management
- Demonstrates a commercial and entrepreneurial orientation.
