As a valued member of our Sales team in one of our franchises, you will provide support to the sales team. Being in a fast-paced environment, your ability to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge will be essential to your success in this role.
The Job
- Preparation of quotation, close follow up on all sales orders, timely generation of sales agreements / customer invoicing and processing of sales commission.
- Generate purchase orders to principal / vendors and ensure that the orders are fulfilled within the committed lead time.
- Assist in coordinating with customers and other departments to gather the necessary documents for new vehicle registration.
- Monitor, update and track movement of inventory of commercial vehicles
- Provide professional customer service and sales operations support on the handling of all day-to-day enquiries.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to continuously fine-tune and improve administrative work processes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Levels or Nitec in Business and above with preferably 2 years of sales administrative experience in automotive
- Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented.
- Great team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment.
