- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts as needed.

- Resolve discrepancies and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
