Job Description:
- Handling recruitment, resignations, and terminations.
- Managing foreign workers, including quotas, recruitment, and housing needs.
- Facilitating communication with factory workers.
- Overseeing employee compensation, benefits, and insurance policies (WICA, GHS, GPA, GMM).
- Managing payroll processes.
- Developing job scopes, organizational charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Addressing any additional ad-hoc tasks requested by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from an accredited university.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Office hours, 5 Days
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Effective team management skills are important.
