- Review and shortlist resumes received from various career portals
- Conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates to hiring managers
- Conduct resume search and reach out to potential candidates for career opportunities
- Liaise with hiring managers on hiring requirements and interview feedbacks
- Prepare salary proposal for candidates identified
- Be involved in the planning and execution of recruitment events (i.e. recruitment fairs / career talks)
- Other HR projects as assigned
