Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for company.
- Implement strategy.
- Promote company’s product & services.
- Oversee resourcing and plan allocation of work assignment to the team to ensure appropriate capacity in carrying out all tasks.
- Collaborate and initiate innovative solutions to senior stakeholders and the management teams to achieve business requirements and deliver the desired outcome.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales and customer support.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
Requirement:
1. Proven experience as Marketing Manager or relevant role.
2. Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
3. Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
7. Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field will be considered an advantage
