Contract Customer Service Agent (SC Shipping)
Location: tuas
Contract Duration: 6 months + 0.5-month completion bonus
Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 base
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Supply Chain (SC) shipping is a must
- Min Degree in relevant field and proficiency in SAP required
- Able to start ASAP
- Company bus available from Boon Lay, Jurong East, CCK, Outram, and Bedok MRT stations
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
Other Benefits:
- 18 days Annual Leave (pro-rated)
- $1,000 outpatient claims per annum (pro-rated)
Job Scope:
- Process customer orders/enquiries via email, fax, or phone daily
- Follow up closely with business units on fixed/ad-hoc billing and generate monthly reports, post invoices
- Coordinate with customers and sales teams on sales order status
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve issues
- Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers
- Prepare shipping documents for local and export shipments
- Investigate internal/external complaints, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Ensure customers’ hazardous substance licenses are valid and compliant with NEA/SPF regulations
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
