HR and Admin Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assists in all HR functions and administrative matters
  • Sourcing/registering training courses/quotations
  • Keep staff and workers’ training records up to date
  • Handle workers' payroll calculation and workers' employment life cycle
  • Renew work pass in time before expiry
  • Verifying leave records before final approval
  • Assist to organise team bonding activities for staff welfare
  • Ad-hoc assignments from time to time

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any equivalent professional Human Resources qualifications
  • Team player and possess good communication skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile if required to complete tasks
  • Able to meet timeline during payroll period
