Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assists in all HR functions and administrative matters
- Sourcing/registering training courses/quotations
- Keep staff and workers’ training records up to date
- Handle workers' payroll calculation and workers' employment life cycle
- Renew work pass in time before expiry
- Verifying leave records before final approval
- Assist to organise team bonding activities for staff welfare
- Ad-hoc assignments from time to time
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any equivalent professional Human Resources qualifications
- Team player and possess good communication skills
- Willing to go the extra mile if required to complete tasks
- Able to meet timeline during payroll period
