Job Description
· Design weekly menus (3 meals per day) based on the dietary habits and preferences of stakeholders
· Responsible for cooking, including preparation of ingredients, for stakeholders and VIP guests
· Able to cook healthy Chinese cuisine especially Cantonese and Teochew
· Food presentations equivalent to fine dining standard
· Manage daily kitchen operations, including cleanliness, hygiene, and care for cooking utensils
· Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and cost control processes for all food, beverages, and kitchen supplies
· Assist in event planning for family members and guests
Job Requirements
· Diploma / Tertiary Studies or its equivalent
· Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
· Good service attitude, communication skills, and adaptability
· Able to communicate in Mandarin / Hokkien / Bahasa Indonesia will be added advantage
· Ability to accommodate flexible work schedule arrangements, able to travel and follow stakeholders
