Job Description:
1) Strong knowledge of Windows server, active directory, M365, and other IT systems and applications
2) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
3) Good communication and collaboration skills
4) Experience in administrative and routines tasks; adherence to IT policies and security standards and able to solve issues/requests
5) Assisting existing Team for managing the below activities
i. Microsoft Windows Server platform management (~150 instances) for:
· Central infrastructure servers (e.g. Active Directory, AD DNS, VMWare infrastructure, VDI,
etc);
· Windows Server services related to the market trading systems and applications, e.g. Market
Clearing Engine (MCE) trading application and Internet Information Systems (IIS), on-premise
mail relay, etc;
· Office365 suite (e.g. E-mail, Teams, etc)
· Corporate Services (e.g. Finance systems, SharePoint, File and Print, etc);
ii. Management of outsourced Deskside Support Team that supports about 100 end users and 160 end user devices (located at EMC main office and BCP offices);
iii. End user software deployment (Tanium) and license compliance; and
iv. Patch Management
· Plan and consolidate patch schedule (e.g. Hardware Firmware patches, ESXi patches, VMware tools version, etc); and
Perform patch and software version upgrade.
