Job description
- Perform work pass duties, and submit applications, renewals & cancellations
- Process payroll & submit for IRAS, IR8A & CPF Computation
- Follow up with foreign candidates and/or new foreign employees on relevant paperwork such as employment applications, pre-employment medical checks, and other related letters
- Provide support for call answering and administrative support
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Support HR processes, knowledge of employment legislation, and insight into the labour processes would be an advantage
- Good verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin. Able to interact with International and Chinese-speaking clients
- A positive team player with good organization skills, meticulous and able to work independently
