- Representing the Quality Management Coordinating with the employer on the matters relating to the quality.
- Arrangement for materials testing according to LTA specification and test plan.
- Coordination for quality of site inspections with all of sub-contractor & QPS team.
- Verifying that the Quality system is implement and maintained at the project site.
- Preparation and submission for Project Quality Plan (PQP) and its subsequent revision.
- Filing and copies of Nonconformity Report, corrective and Preventive Action Reports.
- Ensure all QAQC records are kept and submitted to client in a timely manner as required.
- Preparation and submission of monthly quality report to client- LTA and QPS officially.
- Documents preparation for all of audit related to QA/QC work. Preparation and register of Inspection, arranging of material test as per test plan.
Site work to find out and issue NCN (non conformance notice) to sub-contractor and preparation for reply of NCR to Consultant QPS and LTA teams.
