Scope:
- Leave admin (Handling queries through the leave admin mailbox and hotline. Managing all types of leave in the system including generating leave reports for users.)
- Process government paid leave claims
- Electronic Signature Book assignment
- Staff referral
- Spot Award management
- Data Quality Monitoring
- Long Service award administration
- Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
- Dailycard transmission and staff card printing
- Responding to Reference Check and collate new hires’ reference checks
- Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned)
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree with at least 2-3 years of HR administrative/Shared services experiences
- Meticulous and detailed
