Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analyse and manage customer database and propose how best to use the findings and allocate the customers to the sales team to optimize sales for the Company
2. Analyse and do a deep dive into sales data to distill insights for marketing and sales planning. The analysis should cover issues such as (a) which products do better, when and under what circumstances, and (b) factors that impact sales (eg. new product release, pricings, marketing campaigns, channels used, seasonality in market demand, etc,
3. Analyse the sales performance of the sales team, collectively and individually, and produce better understanding of the relevant factors that impact sales. Such findings can be used to refine the sales commission scheme and design follow-up actions to help them achieve better sales.
4. Analyse outcome and impact of marketing initiatives and programs covering various aspects such as channels, messaging, search engine optimization, timings, etc. The findings are meant to improve/sharpen future marketing initiatives/activities.
5. Scan the marketing activities of competitors and report developments and programs that may affect iQuart’s sales and market position.
