Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our F&B software solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with F&B merchants, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential F&B merchants to generate new business opportunities.

- Present, promote, and sell our F&B software solutions to merchants, highlighting its value in improving their operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase the software’s features and benefits.

- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to provide feedback and contribute to the improvement of the product and services.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the client base.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales.

- Strong understanding of the F&B industry in Singapore.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to understand technical software and convey its benefits in simple terms to clients.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- At least 5 years experience
