We are seeking a dynamic Training Development Manager to design and implement learner-centric pedagogies tailored to our clients' specific training needs. This role involves creatively integrating training frameworks to achieve clear learning objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design Training: Craft and tailor educational strategies that fit within the client’s training context, enhancing each training development project.
- Training Development: Develop and refine lesson plans and materials that align with up-to-date educational goals and methods of instruction. This includes creating digital lesson materials such as instructional reference publications, interactive presentation slides, formative assessment quizzes, training videos, lesson handouts, and comprehensive instructor guides.
- Project Management: Ensure the prompt and standards-compliant delivery of training services. Coordinate effectively with training developers and client stakeholders including subject matter experts, instructors, and training managers to achieve outstanding training outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of education/training industry related working experience
- Has a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs/materials.
- Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement skills and can manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Is innovative and adept at problem-solving within an educational context.
- Competency in instructional design with expertise in development. Experience in content
development, project management with experience in all phases of the instructional design process.
