Job Description:
· Responsible for Strategic Planning and Execution and Operational Management;
· Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial goals are met.;
· Responsible for Risk Management and Innovation and Growth;
· Manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;
· Report directly to the CEO and establish policies that promote company culture and vision through its operations.
Job Requirements:
· Proven experience as COO or in a similar senior executive role, with a track record of successful operational leadership.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
