To lead in design development, documentation and contract administration.
To undertake projects and co-ordinate on all design related matters.
To undertake supervisory responsibilities for projects from inception, conceptulisation to project completion.
Familiar with local regulations and E-submission and able to consult with authorities.
Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore.
Ability to manage different project types independently.
Capability to liaise and communicate with clients, consultants & contractors.
Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Microsoft, etc.
