The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company's security services, while maintaining and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
This role involves conducting market research, negotiating contracts, attending tender briefings, and assisting in implementing sales strategies to increase company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities by establishing contact and building relationships with potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored security solutions.
- Provide solutions that align with clients' operational requirements, ensuring value-added services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely support, information, and guidance.
- Regularly research and recommend new business opportunities, as well as profit and service improvements.
- Conduct annual Service Quality Surveys with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to all inquiries, negotiate contracts, and prepare proposals in line with company goals.
- Attend tender briefings, interviews, presentations, and meetings as required by clients.
- Submit tenders and quotations ahead of deadlines and maintain records of all sales documentation, including contracts and quotations.
- Conduct initial site surveys to assess security requirements and tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with the Director to assist in implementing sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the Finance department regarding contracts, billing, and outstanding payments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, such as operations, finance, to fulfill all contractual obligations for secured contracts and projects.
- Design and development of marketing and sales materials, including sales decks and promotional collateral, to effectively communicate the value of security services to clients.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the Director.
- Monitor industry developments and competitors' offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
