Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage administrative functions.
- Provide support to Finance, Human Resource and Purchasing functions when necessary
- Able to adhere to ISO procedure and compliance
- Ad hoc responsibility when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma, ITE graduates or GCE ‘A’/’O’/’N’ Level or equivalent are welcome to apply
- Relevant admin experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work in Tuas area
- Team player with positive working attitude and self-motivated
- 5 days week
- Good command of English and MS office
