Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, record, and execute internal meetings for non-technical departments;
- Organize and arrange external company meetings, business events, and corporate dinners;
- Manage the company's internal office environment and oversee the procurement of office supplies;
- Assist in advancing tasks related to finance, recruitment, and other assignments delegated by the General Manager;
- Support the General Manager in facilitating internal and external communication, accurately and promptly conveying and following up on relevant information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar administrative roles
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation)
