Job Description:
- Assist in pinpointing and sourcing business opportunities in the medical device and digital health sectors.
- Develop various materials, such as presentations and fact sheets, to support internal reporting and external communications.
- Showcase product features and functionalities, providing support to external stakeholders (customers and partners) with their inquiries and decision-making processes.
- Implement Go-To-Market initiatives utilizing lean start-up principles.
- Perform comprehensive competitive and commercial market research, focusing on commercial traction, regulatory pathways, and business model planning and execution.
- Initiate and nurture discussions with potential partners, building a network of trusted collaborators and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Oversee internal and external commercial projects, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
- Create financial models and demonstrate a solid understanding of valuation methods, including break-even analysis, IRR, and DCF.
- Work with consulting firms to enhance project success and expedite organizational goals.
- Contribute to a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement within the organization.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital health or medical devices; highly motivated candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proven success in engaging and negotiating with distributors.
- Comfortable with IT and digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner and collaborative team player.
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
- Possesses an "Always Day One" mentality with a strong emphasis on execution.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and able to thrive independently in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about the products and mission, with a strong focus on resolving issues.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required for the role.
