- Co-ordinate internal audit and approval program, reporting of audit outcomes, and ensuring follow up of corrective actions.
- Training and development of employees with respect to QMS and its related processes, quality principles, tools and techniques.
- Assisting his/her line manager to drive quality initiatives and promote quality culture within the company.
- Participate in investigations to support in any nonconformance, corrective and preventive action and make recommendations to the investigation report.
- Participate in improvement initiatives for quality and regulatory compliance and excellence.
- Support the compliance, regulatory, audits and training activities as required, and any other responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
- Participate in any operation meetings for information learning, sharing and alignment of best practices.
- Support in company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Bizsafe and warehouse 5S related matters.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned.
