Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and supporting the overall marketplace performance and growth of the Company's Molecular Diagnostics product portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts as well as build and maintain new accounts.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers and potential customers via phone, email and direct face-to-face meetings.
- Generate leads, qualify and secure new business opportunities and close the sale.
- Prepare and make sales presentations and structure quality sales proposals.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in any field. A medical/life science background or prior sales experience in a clinical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics environment will be advantageous.
Skills:
- A strong ability to communicate and to plan and execute sales plans.
- The ability to deliver technical and commercial presentations.
- Strong executive presence and professional image with the personality, drive and enthusiasm to succeed and achieve.
- Must be able to work both independently and be comfortable in a highly collaborative team environment.
