Reservations Officer

As a Reservations Officer, your role encompasses all areas of room reservations (but not limited to):

  • Handles reservations-related enquiries, tasks and reports
  • Accurately and efficiently process room reservations made from various channels
  • Maximize room revenue through upselling
  • Create colourful guest experience by ensuring their requests are communicated timely to relevant departments for necessary actions
  • Provide support when necessary to the Sales & Marketing team

Working Hours: Day shift; this role requires you to work on alternate Saturday and/or Public Holidays (off in lieu will be granted)
