Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive programme plan, effectively presenting the SAIS value proposition to agencies.
- Strategically identify and address organizational-level challenges related to SAIS implementation.
- Lead and oversee a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of workplace and infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and align the programme with the organization's objectives.
- Track and report on the progress of workplace and infrastructure projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
- Proactively identify and manage risks linked to workplace and infrastructure initiatives.
- Foster continuous improvement in workplace and infrastructure services by leveraging innovation and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in workplace and infrastructure management.
- Certification in project or program management is a plus.
