Systems analyst (e-commerce)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage all the platforms of e-commerce (i.e. Tiktok shop, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram)

• Ensure active shop listings

• Fulfill the orders through arranging shipment

• Market research on pricings for similar items by competitors

• Involve in strategic placement and marketing for iQuartz products

2. Liaising with KOLs to do livestreams on e-commerce platforms

• Find top KOLs in the industry

• Engage KOLs to boost iQuartz e-commerce platforms on their social media platforms

• Be on site during the livestream to ensure that the KOLs are on track with the

livestream and that any questions can be answered quickly

• Share product knowledge with KOLs and livestream audience if needed

· E.g. Engage an influencer to do livestreaming on Shopee to boost sales. Go to the site of livestream and be present for the duration of the stream to answer questions or share with the audience about the product. Most importantly, steer the KOL (if they are going off tangent) back onto iQuartz products and garner sales from the event.

• Develop and execute strategies to boost e-commerce sales to direct homeowners

3. Liaise closely with marketing team to ensure that the products on the ecommerce

websites are up to date and active

4. Follow up closely on leads and convert them to actual sales.

5. Build and maintain business relationships with clients and prospective clients.

6. Prepare and conduct product presentation to customers.

7. Prepare and upkeep the necessary sales documentation and paperwork. project sales

proposals and presentation

8. Deal with and resolve client issues as far as possible.

9. Work with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of quality products and

services to customers.

10. Assist with the collection of payments from customers where necessary.

11. Perform other tasks as assigned.
