Skills & Attributes
- Experience in Boomi Platform especially Boomi Integrations (*1) is a MUST HAVE
- Provide solutions on application and operational issues encountered by end users
- Experience in database like Oracle, MySQL server, Postgres
- Experience in database query scripting (SQL)
- Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and AWS suite of services
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills
Responsibilities
- The primary objective of the L2 Support role is to provide efficient application support on the
- Boomi platform, as well as other application platforms, to enhance customer satisfaction
- through prompt issue resolution, reducing the number of escalations to L3, client production data migrations and production DB management.
