Admin Assistant l Up to $2200 (5 days) l Kaki Bukit l Sembawang

Admin Assistant

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (mon to Fri)

Salary : $1800 - $2200

Location : Kaki Bukit/Lakeside


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, faxing, copying, and printing.
  • Maintain basic office cleanliness.
  • Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by management.
  • Issue invoices and enter daily invoices into the system.
  • Assist in opening and issuing invoices and collecting payments from clients.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries from clients for booking appointments.
  • Assist clients with sketches and writing of accident reports.
  • Assist in insurance reporting.
  • Take photos for accident reporting, download images / videos etc.
  • Key in reports using the provided system.

Requirements:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Familiarity with Google Earth.
  • Basic English and Chinese speaking required.
  • Written communication in English is necessary.
