Admin Assistant
Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (mon to Fri)
Salary : $1800 - $2200
Location : Kaki Bukit/Lakeside
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, faxing, copying, and printing.
- Maintain basic office cleanliness.
- Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by management.
- Issue invoices and enter daily invoices into the system.
- Assist in opening and issuing invoices and collecting payments from clients.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from clients for booking appointments.
- Assist clients with sketches and writing of accident reports.
- Assist in insurance reporting.
- Take photos for accident reporting, download images / videos etc.
- Key in reports using the provided system.
Requirements:
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Familiarity with Google Earth.
- Basic English and Chinese speaking required.
- Written communication in English is necessary.
