Job Responsibilities:
- Handle AP /AR accounts
- Payment cheking
- Invoice billing and checking
- Price checking and confirmation
- General admin duties
- Manage Cash flow/Account Receivable/Account Payable.
- Finance administrative matters
- Assist in month end closing
- ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
- Team player, independent, good problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
