Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive Orde Invoices: Obtain order invoices or details from the sales department to initiative the fulfilment process.
  • Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select and package products from inventory according to the order invoice.
  • Inspect Products: Check products for defects or issues before packing to ensure they meet quality standard
  • Load and Unload Products: Efficiently load and unload products from delivery vehicles to ensure proper handling and storage.
  • Monitor Stock Levels: Regularly update the relevant department on stock levels and notify them when inventory is low or requires replenishment.


Requirements:

  • At least a Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.
  • Positive and cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and proficient in multitasking.
  • Hardworking and reliable.
