Job Responsibilities
1. Lead full spectrum of Project Management including overall design, construction, manpower planning, testing & commissioning.
2. Advice BIM Team on Designing of Plumbing and Sanitary Systems
3. Budget and Cost Control
4. Liaise with Clients, consultants, architect, authorities, project teams and subcontractors.
5. Assist to prepare progress claims with QS department to main contractor/ clients
6. Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/ suppliers
Job Requirements
1. Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
2. Experience in Singapore/ Similar Capacity around 3 years.
3. Licensed Plumber ( But not necessary)
4. Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
5. 6 Days work Week. 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5pm On Saturday.
6. Salary based on Experience in Similar Capacity
