Job Responsibilities
- Collate the sales forecast from Account Managers during weekly Sales Meeting
- Develop advertising, promotional, sales support materials and sourcing for Customers' festive gifts
- Assist with sales enquiries and disseminate to the assigned Account Manager.
- Analyse sales to understand and improve performance
- Prepare reports on sales statistics and presentation to Vendors
- Co-ordinate with Vendors for sponsorship and ensure Events execution is delivered and all KPIs are met
- Optimise and develop the company website and update contents to maintain company social media presence and liaise with Digital Marketing on monthly SEO traffic and engagement reports
- Drive lead generation and respond to potential leads
- Manage Marketing co-op fund claims as well as administering Vendors' products rebates
- Ensure Products' Reseller Partnership renewals are managed
- Other ad-hoc assigned task
Job requirements
- Diploma in business or marketing
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 years working experiences preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Analytical mind and numeracy skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about social media
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
