Job Description
- Assist helpdesk support in managing clients.
- Perform client network and server checks.
- Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets.
- Manage and update IT documentation.
Requirements
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
- Basic IT knowledge and relevant certification.
- Basic communication skills for helpdesk support.
- Fresh Poly/ITE undergraduates are welcome.
- Technical support and hands-on training provided.
- Upgrade path available to full-time, perm-staff.
