Full job description
- Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, claims, and statutory payments.
- Distribute electronic payslips to employees in a timely manner.
- Oversee tax clearance, monthly CPF submissions, and annual income tax filings.
- Collaborate on and support various HR and payroll-related projects.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 days work week
