Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of new client budgets, tenders, ship management agreements, and manage annual contract renewals for existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business to conduct marketing campaigns and regularly update the company's CRM system.
- Gather market data, analyze potential leads, and monitor industry trends that may impact the business.
- Schedule regular meetings and appointments with the company's global clients.
- Act as a liaison between the Director of Business Development and various departments at both head office and satellite offices worldwide regarding commercial activities.
- Primarily work internally with departments like technical, crewing, operations, accounts, quality, and compliance for budget renewals, tender submissions, and commercial lead follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Maritime or Logistics with knowledge of ship management and the shipping industry.
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in ship management or the maritime industry.
