Reporting to CFO, you will be responsible for the following finance function:
- Oversees financial management, reporting activities, statutory and corporate governance of the company
- Responsible for annual budget, control capital expenditure and company performance against approved budget
- Support the executive management team by providing insights and financial advice for the company to make best business decisions
- Produce financial reports such as Monthly Group Financial Reports, SGX Report, Budget, Account Receivable Reviews, any other financial management reports
- Budget, forecast and develop long-term financial plans for the company’s on-going projects based on the above reports
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures and look into strengthening current internal controls and measures
- Responsible for management of company cash flow, monitor day-to-day financial operations, oversee and review work done by the Finance Department of the Group
- Mentor and coach staff in the Finance Department for the succession planning of the Company
- Liaise with Company Secretary, Company Lawyer, internal / external auditors, tax agents and related government bodies etc.
- Support CFO in Treasury, Investment and Fund Raising matters
- Handle any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Director from time to time.
- Required to travel as and when required.
- Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements
- Education – Good degree in Finance / Accounting.
- 6 - 8 years’ relevant working experience.
- Experience in Big 4 audit firms with exposure in audit and tax planning.
- Experience in financial accounting, management accounting and financial planning.
- Good command of English (written and oral).
- Ability to network and communicate with people at various levels.
- Detailed and analytical minded, but able to keep the “big picture” perspective.
- Good at problem solving and continuous process improvements.
