Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
- Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant
- Oversee and manage construction projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and update project timelines.
- Read Relavent approved drawing and Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues.
- Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Maintain and update project drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that drawings align with local building codes and regulations.
- Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc..
- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
Requirement
- At least more than 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous, Interior & M&E,Construction.
- Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
