Job Scope:

System handling (orders etc.):

• Purchase orders maintaining to breweries in SAP based on the supply plan provided by central planning team, closely track the shipment and communicate proactively with planning for the progress

• Sales orders maintaining in SAP and track the fulfilment of the orders and executions status

• Production orders and other orders maintaining in SAP and track the fulfilment of the orders and executions status

• Work with finance to correctly maintain invoices / other documents into SAP

Inbound logistics execution:

• Receiving shipment track and trace report from freight forwarders and monitoring shipment arrival schedule

• Collecting shipping documents, working with customs brokers and freight forwarder to process customs declaration and drayage arrangement

• Monitoring warehouse to execute the inbound process from container receiving in warehouse to goods receiving result in WMS and SAP


Outbound logistics execution:

• Monitoring warehouse to execute outbound process from shipment departure to goods issue result in WMS and SAP

• Receiving outbound shipment track and trace report, follow up shipment status to customer end and handle customer complaint if any

• Executing keg return, collecting export related shipping documents and work with warehouse, custom brokers and freight forwarders to arrange export shipment to brewery


Settlement and invoice handling:

• Supporting managers to check and verify logistics service providers’ monthly statement

• Monitoring invoice release status from logistics service providers

• Work with finance to ensure the settlement with customers and 3PLs are done in a timely manner


Reporting and others:

• Reporting out abnormal during daily operations, supporting managers to find solution to address issues

• Collecting and reporting out feedback from internal or external stakeholders, supporting managers to drive service level improvement activities

• Provide reports per requested by management

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned



Requirement:

• Min Bachelor’s degree and/or an advance in SC planning & Logistics Operation or related field

• Min 1 year experience in handling inbound and outbound documentations and managing the warehouse (3PL) for goods
