Job Description
The role of Finance Manager is to supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. You will establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Process month and end of year process, cash forecasting, bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure, variance analysis, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax matters
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign project and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to documents transactions
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 year of experience
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Knowledge of microsoft office
