Our business, ‘FMCG’ – fast moving consumer goods – covers everything from daily foods products, household needs, personal care, i.e. toiletries and cosmetics goods.
So, your key tasks will be,
As a sales representative or ‘rep’, executive or manager it would be your job to sell your company’s products or services. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
You are specialise in the area of consumer goods, such as daily foods products, household needs, personal care, i.e. toiletries and cosmetics that we carries.
Depending on your area of responsibilities, your customers will includes wholesalers, shops, businesses, manufacturers or individuals within the specific geographical area allocated to you.
And your day-to-day tasks include the following:
- Have your customers routing schedule ready.
- Planned what to sell to the customers.
- Look at the SKU lists, the must sell item to the right customers.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Any other adhoc tasks given by the management
- You reports to the Sales Manager directly.
