- Ensure all services provided by the centres adhere to or surpass internal quality assurance standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to assess regulatory compliance, reviewing internal processes, procedures, and identifying potential high-risk areas of non-compliance according to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the standards of early childhood care and education across the centres.
- Maintain consistency with the corporate identity and branding guidelines within the centres.
- Ensure the team fosters a safe, nurturing environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
- Promptly escalate any issues or concerns to the management team for timely resolution.
- Well-versed with the ECDC Act and its requirements.
- Familiarity with SPARK QRS-U standards.
- Ensure centres comply with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet Licensing and SPARK certification standards.
- Track and monitor centres' corrective actions, ensuring principals, supervisors, and staff follow through on corrective action plans, and review the effectiveness of these measures.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of quality and compliance management, with a strong understanding of early childhood regulations and standards.
- Experience in quality improvement systems and initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably a Junior Executive with experience in Quality Control/Assurance or a related role.
