Part-time Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

. Work with Purchaser to monitor order status and update stakeholders of order status.

· Provide logistical support, such as getting shipping quotes, packing and scheduling shipments.

· Keep track of store inventory, with incoming and outgoing goods, and ensure proper housekeeping.

· Ensure timely status updates through documentation and communications.

· Perform general administrative work.


Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least “N” Level certificate or equivalent.

· Familiar with store, sales operations and logistics processes.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Able to work independently under minimum supervision and within the stipulated deadline.

· Meticulous and willing to learn.


Commitment level: 2-3 days a week.
