Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product line, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients and end users. - Product Development: Spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch, ensuring offerings are competitive and exceed market expectations
- Market Insight & Innovation: Deeply understand the needs of Requesting Licensees (RLs) and our End Users (EUs), identifying gaps and innovating solutions that set us apart in the industry.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams including Business Development, Regulatory, Planning, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
- Regulatory Engagement: Actively participate in company regulatory engagements with IMDA, contributing insights to navigate ongoing and ad-hoc regulatory matters that requires changes to product offerings and / or processes.
- Financial & Capacity Management: Develop and manage product budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize capacity planning to ensure availability, accessibility and affordability of company products
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor product drivers, revenue, implementing get well plans when necessary. Continuously enhance features, pricing, and business processes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer-Centric Customisation: Engage directly with customers to understand their unique requirements, providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management within a Telco/IT environment (those with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for Senior Product Manager position).
- Proven experience in financial and business case modelling.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional multitasking and KPI management skills, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for influencing and driving change.
- Self-motivated, independent, and ready to take on new challenges.
