Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the Finance, Administration and HR department.
- Review and manage the Singapore and US entities accounts.
- Prepare intercompany billing and reconcile transactions.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Submission of GST quarterly.
- Develop Budget and Cash Flow Projection.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary on all company matters.
- Oversee HR and administrative functions that include recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits.
- Serves as the Administrator of Asian region for the NetSuite ERP system.
- Other ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience based in Singapore with supervisory role and group consolidation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the HR regulations and practices in Singapore.
- Thorough working knowledge of NetSuite ERP system.
- Good organizational, administrative skills and time-management abilities.
- Reporting and communication with Korean entity is required, Korean language skill is a plus.
