Responsibilities
· Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will be liaising with the client, the supplier and the factory production staff to fulfill client orders.
- Your daily tasks include preparing cost within buyer timelines, updating status of product specifications and approval requested by the client, source/ research the creative use of various trims and fabrics which are required for producing samples in accordance with the brand’s direction and latest trends
- Manage sample and merchandising process, review garment fitting with pattern technicians.
- Review and work closely with the factories to ensure that all prototypes are based on the given concepts, keep track of delivery status of raw materials and update production staff accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant Merchandising experience in a garment factory
- Familiar with MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail. Strong in multi-tasking and organization skills.
