To manage direct accounts and assign distributors/channel partners in Asia Pac region. To develop new industrial business, negotiate complex deals, provide quarterly and annually business forecast, support factories and product lines and to develop and implement business growth strategies.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, or photonics-related field or its equivalent
- Experience in laser/photonics/laser-based sub-system and relevant sales or business development background
- Experience in similar industries, highly desirable
