We are working with one of the largest data center publication company which runs events as well and they are now looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager based here in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling integrated and multi-channel sponsorship packages to clients. If you are passionate about sales and want to play a crucial role in generating sponsorship revenue with businesses across Middle East and APAC, this is the perfect role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce a sales plan for the designated sales territory
- Generate sales through developing and maintaining of key relationships with clients
- Understand the client’s business needs and requirements.
- Be up to date with industry news and trends.
- Ensure weekly catch ups with the client success team to track progress of your clients’ campaigns
- Write great proposals using sales resources and the information gathered through client research and interaction
- Ensure all leads and contacts are followed up in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve the sales targets and work in line with the KPIs
- Work well together with the other teams in the organization.
- Attend industry and company events when required
Your profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related
- At least 3-5 years of sponsorship sales experience from events and media background
- Ability to sell multi-channel or integrated campaigns.
- A consultative sales process in handling complex briefs.
- Solid track record in consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven personality, ability to work independently or as a team
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Google Suite preferable but not essential, and ideally Salesforce
- Must be able to travel to designated events and business travel globally
