- Creating a framework and policy for transfers, referrals, and internal hiring.
- Meeting with managers to discuss departmental staffing requirements.
- Working with managers, team leaders, and the HR department to determine placements.
- Analyzing potential staff needs for projects and developments in the business.
- Identifying candidates for promotion, transfers, or reassignment within the organization.
- Publicising job opportunities within the business.
- Looking over employee referrals and character appraisals.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1 year experience in recruitment
