Admin Assistant
Description:
- Screen and manage all incoming calls efficiency, redirect to the respective person and record down message if necessary
- Front level to handle customer enquiries and service support (calls/emails/Live Chat)
- Responsible for office, pantry and stationery supplies, logbooks,
- System data entry/ cold calling etc
- File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
- Attending and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Serving of beverage to all guests and customers
- Manage and upkeep meeting rooms cleanliness
- Housekeeping of reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Coordinate, schedule delivery with local/ overseas (mild) courier services
- Adhoc admin duties as per assigned by superior
Requirements :
- Min GCE “N”/’O’ level or equivalent
- Relevant 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Able to work independently without much guidance
- Full of initiative, committed, meticulous, fast learner
- Computer literate in MS office, outlook
- Comfortable to work in SME environment
- Prefer candidates who can start immediately
